Responsibilities

The Program Administrator is responsible for providing mainly administrative support to CCR Desk Officers. Besides them, Program Administrator cooperates closely with respective Financial Coordinators, Heads of Missions and Regional Manager. Specific tasks include (please note a detailed job description will be provided upon hiring):

Support of CCR project implementation
  • Ensure correct storing of project documentation on Sharepoint in line with CCR’s Mission Operation Framework (MOF).
  • Assist in internal project reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of narrative reports for donors.
  • Assist in implementation of project activities taking place in the Czech Republic
  • Perform other projects implementation related tasks assigned by Desk Officer.
General administrative support of CCR field offices
  • Prepare and ensure the signing of contracts signed at CCR HQ.
  • Review contracts prepared by the field offices (as per MOF).
  • Provide CCR expatriate staff and external experts with necessary administrative support.
  • Coordinate / provide translations of documents
  • Provide other administrative office support (scanning, copying etc.).
Contribution to development of CCR country programme(s)
  • Collect and analyse information needed to prepare new project proposals, strategic documents etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of project proposals and their annexes, manage proposal submission on online platforms.

Qualifications and competencies

Required
  • good knowledge of English (oral and written)
  • good writing skills (both Czech and English)
  • good organizing and coordination skills
  • ability to perform tasks in proactive, independent, quality and timely manner
  • ability and readiness to improvise when needed and solve problems in a creative way
  • advanced user skills of MS Office software (predominantly MS Excel and Word)
